We don't carry the Z-Chain brand of tire chains but I am familiar with them. They basically are a cable style traction device for tires very similar to ones we carry. Your 2018 Limited Subaru Outback has the tire size of 225/60-18 which for a set of similar cables we have the Glacier set part # PW1046 which would fit and work well. For your 2008 Subaru Outback Sport there is a different installation process than what the non Sport models have. You will also be using a different harness the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector part # C56111 is the correct harness for the Sport models.

So the easiest to install brake controller that also works really well is the Curt Echo Mobile part # C51180 which I would recommend highly for your 2020 Subaru Outback Wagon. The Stinger Load Assist # MPG350 was designed for and is only compatible with the Malone SeaWing # MPG107MD. There is currently not a load assist option for the Malone MegaWing # MPG207.

So long as the hubs you are using are able to fit a 14 inch wheel, then the Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 7" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 2,000 lbs # 23-47-48 will work. It isn't the brakes that are incompatible with wheels, it is really that usually hubs will not be able to support larger wheels, and these brakes are going to mostly work with 10", 12", and 13" wheels.
